Registered customers can book a service through www.sureserv.ph. To schedule a service, simply click the “Book a Service” button on the Home Page menu and pick the service date and timeslot convenient for you. You will receive your job confirmation and also be kept updated on the status and progress of your service request.

For first time users, you need to sign up using your Facebook or email credentials. SureServ will send a verification e-mail confirming your registration. Once registered, you’re all set and ready to avail our services.

We accept online payments via credit or debit card and GCash.

We promise consistent and real-time updates whenever you book you services with us.

SureServ will connect with you via SMS and e-mail notification ensuring that you're well-informed about your services status, and you may opt to reach us through the following additional channels:

Via FB Messenger:
You may check your status by messaging us through our official Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/SureServPH.

Via Email:
You may an email to customerservice@sureserv.ph.

Via Website:
You may also check your service status via the SureServ website. Simply sign in using your registered account details and to Customer Account. You can clock on "Service Status" to see the progress of your booked services/s.

In case you changed your mind and want to cancel your service booking or appliance purchase, all you need to do is sign back in and go to Customer Account > Service/ Order Status > Cancel Booking. When you cancel your service booking, you will be asked to fill out a cancellation form. An e-mail notification with a cancellation reference code will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Go to SureServ HomePage and click on e-Shop to see our lineup of home and kitchen appliances. You may select from our product gallery, add to cart and checkout.
