Return Refund Policy
- Return Reasons: If the unit is defective, wrong size, wrong item, missing accessories, or damaged.
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging. [if applicable]
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- No Return unless unit is proven defective by our SureServ Technicians.
For refunds: Once we received your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and kindly indicate the specific details (i.e. brand, model, color, quantity) of the product you would like to return.
