Product and Service Refund Policy
- Mode of refund will be based on the payment mode used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds may be requested for products purchased from SureServ and for booked services in SCHEDULED status.
- Please note that refunds do not apply for services already rendered and/or materials installed.
- If you encounter erroneous service SureServ technicians will do the necessary adjustments and services will be FREE OF CHARGE.
- Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-10 no. of business days from the date of your refund request.
