Product and Service Refund Policy

  1. Mode of refund will be based on the payment mode used at the time of purchase.
  2. Refunds may be requested for products purchased from SureServ and for booked services in SCHEDULED status.
  3. Please note that refunds do not apply for services already rendered and/or materials installed.
  4. If you encounter erroneous service SureServ technicians will do the necessary adjustments and services will be FREE OF CHARGE.
  5. Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-10 no. of business days from the date of your refund request.
